Who we are

What information we collect
This site is a static document. We do not run a database, an analytics SDK, or a tracking pixel. The only information automatically recorded when you visit is a standard server access log: the IP address you connected from, the user agent your browser sent, the path you requested, and the timestamp. These logs exist to detect abuse and to keep the site running.
How we use it
Server logs are retained for a maximum of thirty days and then deleted. We do not set cookies. We do not run third-party analytics. We do not embed marketing or remarketing tags.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks. We disclose information only when required by law (subpoena, court order) or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of BreakInvent, its customers, or the public.
Email contact
If you email us at hello@breakinvent.com, we store your message and your email address for the duration of the conversation and a reasonable archival period after. We do not add you to a newsletter or marketing list. We do not pass your address to a third party.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — including under the General Data Protection Regulation for residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the California Consumer Privacy Act for residents of California, and equivalent regimes in other jurisdictions. To exercise these rights, email hello@breakinvent.com from the address in question and we will respond within thirty days.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
